BF: So. Can I finally put my shoes on so we can go for a walk? I need to test-drive these suckers.

BF: These things are warm. And comfy.
MJ: Really. I had no idea. (BF's comment came just after the hundredth "I wish we'd brought the...")
silence
BF: So.
MJ: So.
BF: What's next on the list of things to knit for the boyfriend?

Ah, boys. They love the knitting when it is for them. I think he should get a gnome hat. I'll knit-along and make one for Moxie.
Didn't you tell him about the requisite reciprocal gift? A massage, some yarn, a nice dinner? :)
He's too cute. One gift and the flood gates have opened. At least you know he likes what you make. It's a great opportunity to ask for those things you've always wanted from him.
Wow, MJ, I am totally digging those socks! That colorway is amazing! I am in the throws of knitting my husband his third sweater, and he still doesn't seem too interested. Socks may be the key!
They came out great, and if he wears them half as much as my hubby wears his, you'll see them in the laundry pile all the time!
pretty great socks. i'm more fascinated by the last picture. you let him wear his flip flops with those socks on? Wow.
Heehee! This cracks me up! The socks look great and I'm very happy that the bf is pleased with them. Now he's all about the knitting, huh? So, what is next for the erstwhile bf?
